Primus Gravity V

The Primus Gravity Backpacking Stove features an off-set cartridge system: the burner is connected to the cartridge via a flexible hose, which lowers the stove’s center of gravity and ensures good stability, even on uneven ground. Its four-legged, foldable design allows for the use of large pots and pans, making it suitable for cooking for up to 4 people.

Its wide flame ensures even heat distribution. The burner’s size and its 4 folding legs are suited for large cookware.

With a power output of 3,000 W, it brings 1 liter of water to a boil in 2 minutes 50 seconds with a heat exchanger pot, or 3 minutes 50 seconds with a standard pot. The built-in preheating coil improves performance in cold weather, where direct-cartridge stoves lose efficiency.

The Gravity V stove comes with a heat reflector and a nylon cover.

The Gravity is compatible with the Gravity Multi-Fuel Kit (sold separately), which allows the use of naphtha, unleaded gasoline, or kerosene—a practical advantage for expeditions where a gas supply is not guaranteed. The threaded-valve gas cartridge is sold separately.
