Basic Nature Sealring for Food Container

The seal is a replacement part for the lid of the Basic Nature Food Container. It is available in 3 sizes for 500 ml, 800 ml and 1500 ml food containers.

How to replace the seal?

• The Food Container lid must be clean.


• Heat the silicone seal before inserting it. To do this, immerse it in boiling water for 20 minutes.


• Then immediately insert the seal into the prepared lid, following the steps below. Caution: the seal is very hot!


• To insert, place the lid on a flat surface, top side down.


• Insert the seal into the recess and secure it with your fingers on one side. Use a small (non-pointed) object to press the seal into the recess in the lid.


• As soon as the seal has been pressed all the way in, it will stay there and ensure that your Food Container is watertight once again.
