The Chef Spatula from GSI is a large, sturdy and compact spatula that will allow you to carry professional equipment that you might find in your traditional kitchen. This 195 gram stainless steel tool is foldable and easily expands to 37 centimeters in length. Once folded, the spatula measures only 25.5 x 9.5 x 2 cm. You can lock the utensil so that it retains its rigidity when folded and unfolded.
The double tube handle ensures good ergonomics while reducing the load to a minimum. The spatula has a flat front blade that allows you to properly flip your food and efficiently scrape surfaces.
