LifeStraw straw filter is a water filter that requires no preparation, replacement parts or batteries. It is an ultralight tube that can purify up to 1000 liters of water. This portable filter can be used to drink directly in a water source: torrent, lake, river or in a container (glass, bottle).
Easy to use, simply open the base, place the LifeStraw filter in the water and suck through the tip. This filter filters 2.5 l/min and eliminates up to 99.9999% of bacteria. It does not eliminate the smell or bad taste but guarantees you to filter bacteria and protozoa.
Shelf life of 3 years if LifeStraw is kept in low light.
The LifeStraw technology has been independently tested and certified to meet EU Directive 10/2011 and EU Directive 1935/2004 regulatory standards.
