The Soto Thermolite is an aluminium cooking pot with an insulated sleeve, a handle and a lid. Made of anodised aluminium, it is strong, light (156 grams) and the food does not stick to the bottom. The plastic lid is equipped with holes, so you can easily pour the water from the pasta or drink your tea directly. The isothermal sleeve (to be removed when cooking) allows you to keep food or drinks warm while tasting while avoiding burning your fingers.
