Sawyer's Micro Squeeze is a water filter that attaches to a bottle, flask or water bag. It can also be used as a filter straw to drink directly from a water source. Compact and lightweight at 50 grams (filter only), it is the filter to carry everywhere with you. It is equipped with a dummy plug.

With a capacity of up to 378,500 litres of filtered water, it is suitable for long trips of several months and its light weight means it can always be carried in your backpack. To achieve such a high filtration volume, the Micro Squeeze is easy to clean and does not require a replacement cartridge. Simply circulate the water counter-currently through the filter using the included syringe.

Its 0.1 micron filtration eliminates 99.99999% of bacteria, such as salmonella, cholera and E. coli, and 99.9999% of protozoa such as giardia and cryptospridium.

The Micro Squeeze is supplied with:

  • 1 litre water bag with a cap

  • Straw

  • Cleaning plunger

  • Connection ring

  • Cleanning gasket
